The Research Institute of Knowledge Management and Innovation of Enterprises (IADE) of Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), is a institution under Research Vicerectory of the UAM dedicated, first, the scientific and technical research, providing advice on their fields of action and, secondly, the teaching activities of the postgraduate degree or postgraduate.

Since its constitution in 1981, by Ministerial Order of 18 may, has developed an outstanding research, embodied in a remarkable scientific production which is apparent in the history of the Research Group which is based on the Institute and has trained a number of researchers, academics and especially new entrepreneurs, professionals and managers in both Spanish and foreign areas in which organizations and public and private companies are more in need of specialists.
