After passed three decades from the creation of the IADE, it is a clear fact the reached ripeness, the corporate reputation and the quality and investigative and teaching competition possessed, quite which represents a few valuable intangible assets that form the intellectual capital that hoards the Institute.

After having left the direction of the Institute in november, 1997 and, after having redeemed the President's charge of the same one from july, 2002, I return as the Director, being grateful for the confidence deposited by the Rector of our Autonomous University of Madrid and by his Council of Government that named me as the Director again in his meeting of february 17, 2006, as well as for the Council of Direction of the proper Institute that he proposed to me, as soon as there was overcome my commitment as Codirector of the Scientific Park of Madrid during the period from July, 2004 until December, 2005, which fills me with piece of news illusions to carry out, the best thing that could, this project renewed and compromised with the Society of the Knowledge that we are constructing at the beginning of the XXIst century and in that the IADE, like University Institute of Investigation in Administration of the Knowledge and Innovation of Companies of the UAM, he wants to be a dinamizador agent and protagonist of the new challenge of developing the function of the I+D+I in the Spanish economy and in the european and international space. New project that began on july 12, 2002, as it will be exhibited further on.

This new personal challenge will be possible thanks to the magnificent team that I have the honor of leading, which will take us:

	to developing and improving the capacity and investigative quality, expiring really with our renewed mission.
	to increasing the scientific production and the relations with other groups, you will interdiscipline of excellence in the investigation connected to the Autonomous University of Madrid, to the Scientific Park of Madrid, and with other Scientific and Technological Parks of the world with which the IADE collaborates.
	to being the regarding one of excellence in the investigation, technological development and in the formation of postgrade in knowledge and innovation for Europe and Latin America collaborating narrowly in the evaluation consolidation of the Campus of International Excellency UAM-CSIC.

… assuming of determined form a social commitment, which departs from the acceptance of a few beginning of good corporate government and of an ethical code, which will take the institution and his members to a conduct based on the transparence, efficiency, confidence and social responsibility.
